We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. All accepted applicants must confirm their participation by completing the registration form. The deadline for registration and payment is Monday, May 1st, 2012. The registration fee of $350 (tx incl.) covers course materials, coffee breaks, lunches and social events. Housing costs are not included in the registration fee. Cancellation: There will be no refunds for cancelled registrations. Payment Methods: Payment should be made by cheque or money order in Canadian dollars payable to CHU Sainte-Justine.
